Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ZenSpace macOS application and the zenspace.app website operated by Mayone Co., Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using ZenSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the application or website.
1. License Grant
ZenSpace is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a ZenSpace Pro license, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
A single license key allows you to activate ZenSpace Pro on your personal Mac computers. Sharing your license key with others or publishing it publicly is strictly prohibited and will result in license revocation without refund.
2. Free and Pro Versions
- Free Version: ZenSpace offers a free version with essential presentation features. You may use this version indefinitely for personal or commercial purposes without purchasing a license.
- Pro Version: Access to premium features (such as Studio Wallpaper and Mouse Highlight) requires a valid license key. This is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the Pro features and updates for the current major version.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Mayone Co., Ltd. or its affiliates.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with ZenSpace. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your receipt, and we will process a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Mayone Co., Ltd.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Mayone Co., Ltd., on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Mayone Co., Ltd. and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application.
